Happy New Year from all of us to Chaney Construction Home Builder Amarillo, which as a team was a great hero. However, we are really excited for 2019, we have been diligently working on a lot of things that are really going to help us as far as efficiency, go in our business and, and building your home, building your dreams as a home builder, Amarillo, Texas.
So we really want to be able to share those things with you right now. So one of the things that we have been diligently working on is cutting down our bid and estimate time. And so once you have got drafts, you know, drafted plans of your project, and you know, being able to get your price for what what your dreams are going to cost you.
And so that is usually the most important part of the project for most people is the cost and whether or not that is going to be feasible for them. So really putting together all of our templates and getting, you know, building our set of options and different things that the homeowner can select from different upgraded features and things like that really getting all of those kind of ducks in a row, you would say as a home builder, Errol a Texas and finding ways to cut down on the time it takes for us to be able to give you a bit add to those.

Another thing that we have really been diligently compiling and putting together is, our selections are options.
And, you know, for you to be able to sit down in the comfort of your own home at your computer and be able to see all the different plumbing fixtures, again, the different series of plumbing fixtures and kind of a cost on those as well as, you know, lighting fixtures and ceiling fans for you to really be able to start to imagine your home with those things, Chaney Construction a Home Builder Amarillo knows that is very exciting. And to be able to pick you in control of your what your home is going to look like and to be able to let you be super involved in that process. And so having and the ability to do that having a really great data database of ideas, having a you know, like large template, it has condensed down for user friendliness. That is our goal.

That was an ideal thing that we wanted to get completed coming into the year 2009. And we have also gone in and changed what our meetings look like what our initial meeting with the homeowner looks like, and being able to really get to know the homeowner, making sure that we have a complete list of all the questions that we can ask to help us really get a feel for you. And what is important to you and and what will be important to you and your new have it the more we understand and know what is in your head, the better we can build you the home of your dreams is a Home Builder Amarillo we do not want to just build a home, we want to build the home of your dreams. We want it to be everything that you imagined and more scheduling at something else that we are going to be diligently working on for 2019 is scheduling of your project.

Those are things that are very important to us.
